2011 Salary & Needs Assessment Survey

Dear Members,

Attached find a two page printable document containing both the annual salary survey as well as a member needs assessment.

Please print the document out and bring to our meeting next Tuesday, May 10th.  If you are unable to attend please mail the survey to me no later than May 24, 2011.

The salary survey from last year was incomplete and I would like to finalize this and provide you all with results before I leave office. 

For personal reasons I am chosing to leave my term early and Sandra Bagwell, FNP has kindly offered to assume this leadership position through the end of the year.  According to our Bylaws we will have to take an official vote next Tuesday.
