No RAPANPA meeting for November

I apologize for this late notice. Due to unforseen circumstances the meeting for November 2017, has been cancelled. I am working on a sponsor for a meeting in December on the second Tuesday. I will post the EVENT when it has been confirmed. We will complete elections at that meeting.
