This community health center is part of one of the Northwest's largest FQHC networks, serving as a patient-centered medical home dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality care to families and communities. The facility proudly serves a largely migrant and Latino community with certified bilingual Medical Assistants and uses EPIC EMR system.

Advanced Practice Clinicians - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week) providing comprehensive family medicine care
• Serve underserved patient populations with focus on community health
• Manage your own patient panel and develop long-term patient relationships
• Work as part of a team-based approach to patient care
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant support for translation and patient care
• Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 11:45 AM and 12:45 PM - 5:00 PM
• Must complete Master's or Doctoral Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree as Physician Assistant
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with two-year Physician Assistant training program also acceptable
• New graduates encouraged to apply with clinical rotations and community health experience
• Optional 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed
