Family Nurse Practitioner – Up to $200,000 Total Compensation

Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our partner's full-time outpatient care team in the Crescent City, CA area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the Family Nurse Practitioner:

• Deliver in-person primary care services, including preventive care, chronic condition management, and minor procedures
• Provide holistic and convenient care in a mission-driven clinical setting
• Participate in a combination of 12-hour and 6-hour shifts
• Required to work two Sundays and two Fridays per month
• Collaborate with clinical support teams to ensure quality outcomes

Key Requirements for the Family Nurse Practitioner:

• 1+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (new grads welcome!)
• Active and unrestricted California FNP license
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required
• Experience in outpatient, primary care, or family practice settings preferred
• Comfortable seeing 20+ patients per 12-hour shift
• Strong communication and patient education skills

Pay

• Base salary of $164,000/year
• Bonus of $66.67 per patient encounter above 20 per 12-hour shift
• Total earning potential up to $200,000/year
• $50,000 signing/moving bonus paid over 5 years (for out-of-area candidates)
