Hiring Urology NP in Beautiful Reno/Tahoe with Academic Medical Center New

Renown Health, Northern Nevada's largest and only not-for-profit healthcare network is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner to join our Urology team.

The Urology NP will evaluate, consult, and treat Urology patients, and provide First Assistance on all surgeries. The NP will share round responsibilities in the hospital, as well as see new consults and follow up appointments in clinic. 

Surgery procedures performed will generally include tasks like tissue manipulation, suturing, and managing bleeding during surgery. Some Outpatient office procedures. Urology Techs in clinic for assistance.

The Ideal NP candidate will have Surgery Assist and/or Urology experience. First Assist Certification is required.  Obtaining certification is accepted within 12 months of hiring and is reimbursed by Renown Health through Tuition Reimbursement program.
