Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate Internal Medicine New

Providence Medical Group is seeking a board-certified nurse practitioner or physician associate/physician assistant to join our Providence Primary Care - Ashland clinic, located in Ashland, OR. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly productive and robust clinic with a team-based, patient-centered medical home model that includes integrated behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, and case management. • Part-time or Full-time position. Flexible to hire 0.70 FTE - 1.0 FTE.
• Schedule can either be 4, 4.5, or 5 days per week
• Outpatient care only; No call.
• Unpaneled position structured to be 2/3 patient facing and 1/3 team desktop coverage. Will see between 12-14 patients per day once onboarding is completed.
