Position Description

Patient-centered family medicine group is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Medford, OR area!

Join a team committed to providing high quality medical care for the entire family!

Company:

  • This group has been serving families in the Rogue Valley for close to 60 years, specializing in primary health care for all ages from newborn to seniors
  • As a multispecialty physician group they are able to provide care to the entire family as well as a wide range of surgical and diagnostic procedures
  • 7 total providers - 1 MD, 1 DO, and 5 APPs

Your Role with the Company:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • 3 or 4 day work week available
  • Family Nurse Practitioner will see 16-20 patients per day
  • FNP will join a supportive, patient focused team and see all ages from newborn to geriatrics

Background Profile:

  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP
  • 1+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in family medicine required
